As March Madness 2025 approaches, Jordan Brand continues its tradition of outfitting its sponsored collegiate basketball programs with exclusive Player-Exclusive (PE) sneakers. The latest school to receive a special-edition Air Jordan 4 is the Georgetown Hoyas, further cementing their place in the brand’s ever-growing roster of elite programs.
Like previous Air Jordan 4 PEs gifted to Oklahoma, Howard, and Florida, this Georgetown edition arrives in a tonal grey setup, closely aligning with the school’s signature colors. English Sole has provided the most detailed look yet at the Hoyas’ exclusive pair, revealing a build reminiscent of 2013’s Georgetown-inspired patchwork print release but with a more subdued execution that leans into premium craftsmanship and subtle texture variations.
The sneaker’s full-grain leather construction and quilted insoles maintain the high-end aesthetic seen in other Jordan-sponsored program exclusives, while additional branding details specific to the Hoyas program likely replace standard Jordan insignias on the tongue lining, hangtag, and lace dubraes.
Though this Air Jordan 4 PE will remain exclusive to Georgetown players and coaching staff, its unveiling adds another chapter to the storied relationship between Jordan Brand and college basketball. As always, fans can only hope that a future release inspired by these PEs eventually makes its way to retail.
