The Air Jordan 4 RM Appears with "Phantom" Accents

Despite Jordan Brand's focus on Michael Jordan's first signature model, the company's 40th anniversary will include releases of some of the #23's other silhouettes. Mike never played in the Air Jordan 4 RM, but the restomod continues to expand its roster of styles.

Since its debut assisted by Nigel Sylvester, the modern update to Tinker Hatfield's design from 1989 has emerged in handfuls of colorways. Some makeovers have been rooted in the Air Jordan 4's original run, while others have found inspiration in seasonal trends. The newest RM-variant to surface indulges in an off-white hue complemented by 'Phantom'. Slightly-reminiscent of A Ma Maniére's While You Were Sleeping collaboration from September 2024, the pair features a mix of leather, suede, and plastic components across its upper. Base layers favor the titular 'Phantom' color, while surrounding panels indulge in varying shades of off-white. Nike Air text at the heel takes on the brownish tone, as does the majority of the sole unit underfoot.

A firm Nike.com release date for the 'Phantom'-covered Jordan 4 RM hasn't been disclosed by the brand as of yet, but that should change by June. In the meantime, enjoy official photos of the pair ahead.
