Jordan Brand has long leaned into winter-ready footwear, from subtle offerings like the Jordan 1 Brooklyn to robust designs like the Winterized Air Jordan 9 Boot—both of which will see shelf time again this season. Now, adding to that cold-weather lineup is a brand-new silhouette: the Jordan City Boot.
Seen here for the first time in a familiar "Flax" colorway, the City Boot strikes a balance between classic workwear influence and Jordan’s modern design language. Constructed from smooth wheat-colored nubuck uppers, the boot echoes Timberland aesthetics while delivering a sleek, performance-inspired edge. Black mesh at the tongue and collar provides breathability, while vibrant orange-accented laces thread through hexagonal metal eyelets for both durability and contrast.
The boot’s silhouette favors streamlined lines and understated branding, featuring gold Jumpman logos at the ankle and tongue. Underfoot, a chunky black midsole and lugged outsole offer robust support and traction, ensuring the boot is just as functional on slick city streets as it is on outdoor terrain.
With Jordan Brand putting greater emphasis on off-court and lifestyle footwear, the City Boot arrives at the right time. It complements recent releases like the Jordan MVP and Roam models, which also blend heritage cues with practical updates for the modern market.
There’s no official release date yet, but you can expect the Jordan City Boot “Flax” to release during the autumn season.
