Luka Dončić Debuts Jordan Luka 5 "Viper Edge" on Christmas Day 2025

Despite a disappointing loss to the Houston Rockets on Christmas Day, Luka Dončić and a select group of Los Angeles Lakers fans in attendance of the game won last night.

A day prior, the Slovenian guard and his Team Jumpman family debuted the Jordan Luka 5, the latest testament to the commitment between both parties. Dončić decided to lace up the silhouette for his Dec. 25 matchup against Kevin Durant and the Rockets, giving the world a first-look at what his new signature sneaker can do. The pair appeared in an "Illusion Red/Infrared 23" color scheme Jordan Brand has dubbed "Viper Edge." Number 77 played 34 minutes and scored 25 points in his new shoes.

In the spirit of Christmas and his Bad Luka! Nice Shoes campaign, Dončić worked with the Lakers organization and Jordan Brand to tap into the season of giving. Twenty-five fans in Crypto.com Arena's 300 section were gifted a special Luka 5 package; an additional 15 fans had their seats upgraded to a suite provided by the 26-year-old.
