Like Mars, these Glow at Night.
After a first official look at the Son-of-Spike designed “Fire Red” Jordan Mars 270 Hybrid, which borrows elements of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 5, Air Jordan 6 and Nike’s Air Max 270 for one hell of a Frankenstein piece of footwear, will now be borrowing a colorway from another silhouette — one we recently saw transferred to the Nike LeBron 16 — the Lebron 3 “Glow in the Dark” PE.
As mentioned above, the black-based, glow-in-the-dark-soled colorway stems from LeBron’s 2014 sample of his third signature sneaker and was recently adapted to his sixteenth, releasing at retailers last month. And, following the Spizike’s lead it’s now the Mars’ time to shine — or glow — with the silhouette donning the same all-black upper paired with glow sole units, and green glow brand accents. Nubuck is the material of choice, paired with nylon textile underlays, white Swoosh branding, and translucent Air Max units.
A release date for the Jordan Mars 270 “Glow in the Dar” has been set for July 8th, so while you count down the release, take in a detailed look at the pair below, before heading to our Jordan Release Dates pages to set yourself a calendar reminder for the drop!
