This New Jordan Pro Strong is “Pure Money”

The Jordan Pro Strong has — dare I say it — come on strong in its endeavors for a return in 2021, with countless colorways already appearing over the first half of the year — often channeling classic Air Jordan arrangements. The next to do so revisits the brand’s infamous “Pure Money” aesthetic, with bright whites met by light greys that result in ultra-versatile wear for any home court kit.

Touted as a big man’s model, it became one of the most popular team sneakers of the late 90’s with an in-line style that was backed up by added performance for the league’s hefty players through the use of carbon fiber and Zoom Air cushioning. Like the Women’s OG model released around the same time, it’s quite obviously heavy on Air Jordan 13 DNA. Here, though, it revisits a theme made famous by the Air Jordan 4, one which has gone on to inspire countless Jordan models, signature and otherwise, over the proceeding years. This one decides upon a full white leather construct, with subtle greys worked into the outsole, liner, and rear Jumpman, while a graphite-like hue hits the upper eyestays, tongue branding and rear pulls to complete the design.

An official Nike.com release date for the Jordan Pro Strong “Pure Money” is not yet known, but the sneaker is likely to hit select retailers announced soon — so be sure to check your local. While we wait for more info, enjoy an official look at the pair here below, and keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates.
