Official Looks at Jordan Brand’s Special-Edition Super Bowl LIV Pack

Fresh off their first-ever Billion-dollar quarter, Jordan Brand is showing no signs of letting up in 2020 with their relentless efforts to remain top-dog on full display for Q1 of 2020. With Chinese New Year, Black History Month, and the 35th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 all stacking the first few months of the year, we’re all collectively preparing our wallets for the worst. Now, news of another big release is on the way, a special-edition Air Jordan Collection to celebrate Superbowl LIV.

Two pairs are set to release for the annual occasion, the brand-new Jordan Max 200 and the Air Jordan 10, both of which are listed as “Multi-color” drops. However, there was a sighting of an Orange/White Air Jordan 10 on Foot Locker’s release calendar a few weeks back, one which now has been removed. Therefore, its quite possible that we may be getting a mash-up that homages the host franchise in Miami, or at least something that includes their colors. Or, it may just be a wild “What The” style pair — but at this stage its entirely speculative opinion. What we do know is that pairs will be touching down a few days ahead of the 54th Super Bowl, on January 31st, at select stockists like Finish Line and Nike.com. Make sure you’re following us on Twitter for further updates, which will be sure to land over the coming days.

Update 01.24.19 // Official looks at the pack’s Air Jordan 10 has arrived. As indicated above, it does, in fact, arrive in a Dolphin-esque theme, with the franchise’s orange-peach and teal seen in abundance throughout the pair. It’s Completely decked out in canvas — great for SoFlo weather — with its overlays donning a tropical palm print. Capping off the design are gum outsoles popped with peach, teal pull tabs in the rear and matching palm printed insoles.

Update 01.27.20 // Official looks at complementary Superbowl Jordan Max 200 have landed, and like the Air Jordan 1, it too sports a makeup of canvas, but also ushers in translucent across the toe and vamp. Similar tropical prints are used on the heel panel, with more saturated sections appear on the tongue and mid panel, seen peering through the aforementioned translucent. Yellow, green and teal overlays add even more saturation, as does the vivid red Air supports, and pops of pink, yellow, and green underfoot. Wrapping it all up is a crisp white midsole and gum rubber outsole. Take in a full look at both the Air Jordan 10 and Jordan Max 200 “Superbowl LIV” below, and look for these to hit the below retailers on Feb 1st.
