Paris Saint-Germain might’ve lost the impressive Kylian Mbappé less than a year ago, but the club isn’t doing too bad. Currently in the top spot of Ligue 1, the French franchise has just announced the next chapter of its ongoing partnership with Jordan Brand: a luxury streetwear line.
Officially titled 'Jordan Wings x Paris Saint-Germain', the collection consists of elevated, Made in Italy products that challenge the status quo through both partners’ shared commitment to excellence.
“As we celebrate our 40-year anniversary, Jordan Brand continues to push the boundaries of greatness,” said Jason Mayden, Chief Design Officer, in a press release about the collection.
No new PSG x Air Jordan sneaker collaboration forms part of the upcoming capsule, but initial looks at the lineup showcase the $1,000 USD '85 'Wings' retro set to launch sometime this year.
Innovative materials and impeccable craftsmanship come together across the entire range of items. Bold Jordan embroidery and classic PSG iconography share the spotlight on premium offerings–including a cashmere blend varsity jacket, luxurious leather pants, and a wool Anthem jacket inspired by #23's Chicago Bulls uniform. This announcement also unveiled PSG's fourth kit, which features a Jordan Wings insignia across the chest.
The inaugural drop of Paris Saint-Germain's streetwear line by Jordan Brand will take place exclusively during Paris Fashion Week (Jan. 21 to 26) in a pop-up store located at Place du Marché Saint-Honoré. The club's fourth kit will also be available via Jordan.com and select retail partners beginning Jan. 22.
