KAWS gets a special custom pair of Air Jordan 1 Lows

Oh the perks of having an Air Jordan connection . . .

The next KAWS x Air Jordan 4 collaboration scheduled for 2018 but that isn’t the only PE we might be getting. This custom Swooshless Air Jordan 1 was gifted to the artist today by Jordan Brand and he couldn’t have been happier.

KAWS said, “Thanks @jumpman23 for making me pairs of custom every day shoes!” And we agree – these kicks are perfect for daily wear due to the fact they go with just about everything. Plus, that tumbled leather upper is just butter.

This very special low-top Air Jordan 1 comes decked out with an embossed “XX” – his signature branding – on the heel. This adds just enough detail to contrast the texture of the leather.

Whilst we may not be getting these as a general release but if we did, you know the hype would be real. As for the “Family and Friends” PE set for a general release for next year, you’ll have to wait on more information! But we’l be sure to keep you in the loop right here on the House of Heat.
