MJ Delivers a Pizza-Themed Air Jordan 1 Low for Kids

Jordan Brand’s kids lineup has been on a roll lately, serving up food-inspired footwear that's as playful as it is stylish. From burger and fries-themed pairs to this new piping-hot Air Jordan 1 Low “Pizza,” it’s clear that the menu is still growing.

This kids-exclusive release combines the comfort of the AJ1 Low with a clever culinary twist. The upper is split between tan leather underlays and glossy black overlays, intended to mirror the crust and pan-fried outer edge of a deep-dish pizza. Tonal laces blend into the base layer, while a glossy black Swoosh trimmed in golden-yellow resembles melted cheese stretching off the slice.

The standout detail lands on the tongue: a red and white checkerboard tab embroidered with a golden Jumpman, echoing traditional pizza parlor tablecloths. That same motif carries into the insole for a full-on dining room vibe. Rounding out the look is a white midsole and bright red rubber outsole—clearly nodding to the color of a classic tomato sauce.

Jordan Brand doubles down on the theme with custom packaging that mimics a pizza box, stamped with “Made Fresh Since 1985” text and a checklist of basketball skills in place of topping choices. To complete the delivery, a pizza-slice-shaped hangtag adorned with melted Jumpman “pepperoni” adds a playful collectible touch.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Pizza” is expected to release later this year exclusively in kids sizing via Nike.com and select retailers.
