Though he’s been signed with Nike since 2005 — and even released a collaborative Air Jordan 1 High OG back in 2019 — it was only last year that pro BMX legend and avid Jordanhead Nigel Sylvester finally jumped on board with the Jumpman.
The Queens, NY native has had his hand in just about everything this past few years, from his wildly popular video series GO, to high-fashion events, to his latest book (also titled “Go”) But now it appears that Sylvester may have another project in the works, with the rider revealing a never-before-seen Air Jordan 1
In the past few weeks, it has been hinted that Nigel has another project with Jordan Brand in the works, and this teaser look all but confirms that the two parties will kick start their official alliance with a second Air Jordan 1 High OG.
The featured Air Jordan 1 High OG appears in a black leather upper with a mini Swoosh near the forefoot, a red outsole, and white/sail details on the laces, Swoosh, and midsole. At this stage not confirmed to be an official collaboration, its likeness to their original design language, and being previewed by the man himself, all indicate that this may well be it.
