Since its establishment in July 2010, South Florida-based boutique SoleFly has been at the forefront of sneaker culture, offering a unique mix of storytelling, some through deep diving into the Nike archive, others often celebrating the South Florida scene.
However, SoleFly's latest collaborative effort with Air Jordan detains from the usual color-splashed designs associated with Miami or the classic colorways from the Swoosh; The SoleFly x Air Jordan 10 "Chocolate" is coming to the spotlight, demonstrating a novel approach from the dynamic duo.
Carlos J. Prieto, founder, and owner of SoleFly, recently offered fans a sneak peek of the upcoming release on Instagram.
The Air Jordan 10 "Chocolate" showcases a lush, full suede upper draped in a deep, rich brown tone. From toe to lace loops, the sneaker is bathed in this earthy hue, significantly departing from the more vibrant color schemes of SoleFly's previous creations.
The classic Air Jordan branding on the tongue and collar adds an appealing contrast to the "chocolate" body of the shoe. Swathed in a cream color, these subtle accents interrupt the uniformly brown and offer an attractive visual that enhances the overall design. The result is an off-court look that is as compelling as it is unique, lending fresh allure to an often-overlooked silhouette.
Grab a first look at the pair in question below, and expect to see the SoleFly x Air Jordan 10 "Chocolate" arrive later this year.
