It seems that we can’t even go a week without hearing more sneaker news from Travis Scott. The Houston rapper made headlines again mere days ago with rumors of an upcoming Air Jordan 7 collaboration. Today, we’re getting up close and personal with one of his previous designs, the infamous “Yellow” Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6

First surfacing a few years back, the Family and Friends exclusive sent sneaker social media into a storm. It, like many early on-foots from Travis, did the rumor rounds. We were getting a release, it seemed, before Jordan Brand themselves shut down rumors. Instead, we got both the Olive and Khaki pairs — not a bad consolation. But as is always the case, rarity creates higher demand.

Though we’re still not getting a release of these gems, @englishsolehas given us an unprecedented up-close look at the pair, showing it’s dealing for the very first time. It is, essentially, just a yellow version of the retail release, but it is beautiful.
