As anticipation continues to build for the historic three-way linkup between Union Los Angeles, fragment design, and Jordan Brand, Hiroshi Fujiwara was recently spotted wearing another Air Jordan 1 High OG from the celebrated partnership.

In comparison to the retro expected to land throughout Spring 2026, the newly-surfaced style abandons the "Black/Navy/Sport Royal/Sail" color scheme often associated with fragment's footwear in favor of a simpler "White/Black" ensemble. Spy shots captured at two recent events in South Korea (RECTO's "REFLECT" Portrait Series Exhibition and Hyundai Card Culture Project 29 (Tom Sachs Exhibition)) don't showcase the unreleased pair as clearly as official Nike images would, but they offer enough to see what Chris Gibbs, Fujiwara, and the Jumpman team have been developing.

    “Note”Speculative mock-up of first Union x fragment x Air Jordan 1.

The two-tone Air Jordan 1 by Union and fragment feature a predominantly "colorless" finish across the upper and sole unit. Toe boxes, lower heel panels, collar surroundings, and profile swooshes indulge in "Black" contrast. Zig-zag stitching popularized by Gibbs' debut AJ1 collaboration from 2018 appears around the spine. Fujiwara's iconic lightning bolt stamp is debossed onto the lateral heel.

The full back-story to the project has yet to be shared by any party involved, but it's likely the "White/Black" color scheme is a flip on one of the original Air Jordan's inaugural looks.

Stay tuned for firm release details and official photos of the retro. Pairs are expected to hit the SNKRS app throughout Spring 2026. In the meantime, enjoy first-looks below—courtesy of Le Syndrome on Instagram—and shop all things Team Jumpman via Nike.com/Jordan right now.
