Original story: Chris Gibbs and Hiroshi Fujiwara have been teasing their Air Jordan 1 High OG collaboration for some time now. The fragment design-frontman recently stepped out in a previously-unseen "White/Black" pair. With the linkup's anticipated Spring 2026 launch gradually approaching, a third retro from Union Los Angeles and the storied Japanese imprint has been rumored, bringing a "Varsity Red/Sport Royal" look into the mix.
The unreleased retro would bring Gibbs and Fujiwara's catalog for 2026 to at least three (if the duo only works on the original Air Jordan). The sneaker is expected to arrive with the same color-blocking as the iconic "Bred" look, which is set to release a second, more limited time come October. Union's now-signature zig-zag stitching around the heel and yellow UN/LA tab, and fragment's bolt emblem reprise their roles across the collaboration's upper. Ankle flaps should take on a Chicago Bulls-friendly "Varsity Red," while the lower heel opts for a "Sport Royal" finish that nods to Fujiwara and Gibbs' own previous work.
Stay tuned for firm Nike.com/Jordan release details. Pairs are expected to land by February 14 ahead of All-Star weekend in three colorways.
