Jordan Brand is leaning fully into playful seasonal storytelling with the Jordan Trunner O/S “Candy Hearts,” a Valentine’s Day 2026 release that taps into Y2K runner nostalgia while adding a dose of holiday charm. Pictured here in kids' sizing, it’s still unclear whether an adult run will follow, but the design alone suggests this one is meant to stand out during Nike’s annual February rollout.
The Jordan Trunner O/S continues to operate outside the Air Jordan lineage, instead pulling from early-2000s cross-training aesthetics. A breathable mesh base forms the foundation, reinforced by soft suede overlays along the forefoot, eyestays, and heel. The model’s defining feature remains the sculpted midfoot cage, which wraps across the lateral side of the shoe and doubles as a stabilizing shank as it flows into the sole unit.
For Valentine’s Day, the Trunner O/S adopts a pastel-heavy palette inspired by classic candy hearts. Pink mesh uppers are paired with powder-blue cage elements, mint-green lace eyelets, and light-grey suede accents. The theme extends beyond the box, with heart-shaped candy graphics lining the packaging and insoles, complemented by playful phrases like “Love Is in the Air” and “Time Out for Fun,” reinforcing the holiday theme without feeling forced.

Underfoot, a sculpted foam midsole delivers everyday comfort, while subtle pops of icy blue appear on the outsole for contrast. While this specific release is confirmed in kids' sizing, Jordan Brand has frequently mirrored themed Trunner drops across age ranges, leaving the door open for a wider release closer to February.
The Jordan Trunner O/S “Candy Hearts” is expected to arrive for Valentine’s Day 2026 via Nike.com and Jordan Brand retailers. Whether it stays kids-exclusive or expands into adult sizing remains to be seen.
