When it comes to colorways, there’s no bigger mover in the market than black and white. the staple palette is a winner for many reasons, mainly its versatility, but also its ability to stay relatively clean despite not often being so. Like anything under the Nike, Inc umbrella, the everyman’s colorway — or in this instance, the everywoman’s — is no stranger to the Air Jordan 1, with this take on the Mid a mimic of 2016’s Yin Yang High.

Of course, the difference in height is the key differential, but also the removal of red tongue tags in favor of a monochrome black and white makes these slightly different in appearance. Everything else, though, is on par with the aforementioned high, from soft leather uppers to striking white Swooshes and Wings, and its two-tone sole unit.

Euro retailers BSTN have listed these women’s Black/White Jordan 1 Mids for a January 5th drop, though retailers on this side of the Atlantic are yet to confirm their pairs.
