NIGO and the Nike, Inc. conglomerate have already released a few sneaker collaborations, but their linkup still seems surreal. Nevertheless, both partners are expanding their collaborative roster with a KENZO x Converse Chuck 70 collection.
Comprised of three pairs, the range features one traditional high-top alongside two versions of the popular Low. The trio falls in line with the Japanese creative's work for KENZO: bold prints, vibrant colors, and a tastefully-curated set of details.
NIGO's Hana Leopard print appears across the collection, leaving his mark on the century-old company's history. Each pair's signature canvas upper indulges in either "Sweet Corn," "Cypress," or "Pink Cosmos" tones. The results are finishes that are experimental and classic. Special hangtags, wing stitch styling, and contrasting sole units join the mix, all while a Kenzo Paris-branded license plate completes the package.
Enjoy detailed shots of NIGO's latest work below. Pairs of the limited edition Chuck 70 will hit Converse.com globally on Thursday, April 17.
