Timothée Chalamet's promotional run for A24's Marty Supreme hasn't ended yet. A recent appearance on LeBron James' Mind The Game podcast will surely serve as one of the 30-year-old's last pushes before the 98th Oscars Ceremony commences and the world sees whether or not he's selected as the year's Best Actor.
Koyo Bear, the footwear manufacturer founded and based in Kobe, Japan since 1952, is helping Chalamet in his campaign with the launch of a Marty Supreme edition of its iconic Sharpman silhouette.
Although the link-up might seem random, the Asian institution has been providing table tennis champions their footwear for decades.
The collaborative pair will launch exclusively via the A24 Shop today, March 5.
The Koyo Bear Sharpman has been made by hand in Japan for almost 70 years. The Marty Supreme edition is no different, having been produced in extremely limited numbers. The style sees a predominantly white finish that sets the stage for U.S.-friendly blue and red accents. The tongue label's underside nods to the film starring Chalamet and the studio that distributed it.
Stock is likely to sell out quickly, so keep an eye on after-market platform StockX to pick up this and other Marty Supreme items long-after they've sold out.
