The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 1906R Releases May 4th
Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance are back at it again, heating things up with their rumored collaboration on the vintage-inspired 1906R.
Unofficially unveiled by sneaker insiders before either Aimé Leon Dore or New Balance confirmed its existence, the alleged ALD x New Balance 1906 boasts a distinctly vintage appeal. The sneaker’s design boasts a mesh upper, layered with leather overlays, and utilizes the iconic N-Lock system for enhanced lateral stability. The TPU heel counter further amps up the support game. To mark the partnership, you’ll find co-branded ALD and NB tongue tags and insoles, while the rest of the shoe stays true to its New Balance roots with traditional branding placements. A crisp white midsole sits atop a dark green rubber outsole, rounding out this head-turning design.
