Bodega x New Balance 990v3 “Anniversary” Releasing Again on July 1st

Now spread across both the East and West Coast, Boston-born retailer Bodega is set to celebrate a big birthday: their 15th. And who better to celebrate it with than fellow Bean Town-based New Balance. The two reunite for the occasion, this time taking it all the way back to the 990v3 for a classic, understated effort.
Dominant in deep tans and browns, the pair works through a plethora of earthy shades and materials to offer up distinction. The mesh uppers arrive in a fawn-like shade, while its rich brown suede overlays house perforated paneling of light tan. The warm shades continue down to the midsole and gum rubber outsole before being hit with signature NB greys at the heel and midfoot N motifs. In true Bodega styling, subtle pops of color are included, with bright crimson and light teal tacked onto the upper eyestay and liner respectively.
Update 06.10.21 A release for the Bodega x 990v3 “Anniversary” has been confirmed for June 16th, with pairs available on a first-come, first-serve basis here on Bodega’s official webstore from 12 pm EST (noon).
