A 'Tan' New Balance 1500 Joins the Brand's Made in England Collection for Spring/Summer 2025
Despite proudly being a North American company, New Balance has been producing footwear across the United Kingdom and Japan for decades. Its manufacturing efforts overseas have delivered high-quality product by and for markets that've long-championed the brand. One such example is the New Balance 1500, which recently appeared in a 'Tan' makeover.
Unveiled as part of the company's Made in U.K. collection for Spring/Summer 2025, the pair keeps things simple across its premium pig suede and leather upper. While no longer New Balance's marquee running model, the silhouette delivers a piece of heritage from 1989. Off white contrast interrupts the light brown finish across the upper, taking on the N and 1500 branding on lateral profile. Other logos pertaining to the Boston-based company also don an off white tone.
Underfoot, the sole unit falls in line with some of the New Balance 992 styles prepped for the remainder of the year as it presents the bulk of the foam midsole in a "colorless" look that's complemented by cushioning units done in greyscale tones.
Enjoy official photos of the 'Tan'-colored pair below. Firm release details haven't been disclosed by the brand as of yet, but it's expected that the NB 1500 arrives across the U.K. before releasing globally via NewBalance.com for $240.
