The 1906W brings a sleeker, streamlined design to the late-2000s runner, incorporating FantomFit material for ultra-light support and ergonomic comfort. Unlike previous models where FantomFit was hidden internally, the 1906W showcases the tech with an external diamond-patterned wrap across the lateral and medial sides, lending a modern, performance-driven edge to the design. This marks a significant shift, drawing parallels to the New Balance 950v2—a sneaker originally developed in 2018 for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Landing in four monochromatic colorways—black, white, grey, and navy—the 1906W embraces simplicity while maintaining the innovative spirit of the series.
