New Balance 580 “Washed Burgundy” Is on the Way

Apart from their core 99x, 2002R, and 550 lines, New Balance has been placing considerable emphasis on the heritage 580 silhouette. The Rollbar-equipped design has witnessed both OG-inspired renditions and collaborative efforts. Now, it’s time for the in-line models to take the spotlight, as general releases for the silhouette are emerging in rapid succession, including this fresh “Washed Burgundy” version.

This latest design showcases an impressive array of brushed suedes dyed in a luxurious “Washed Burgundy” hue. Contrasting with nutty ballistic mesh underlays, lightened off-white shades harmonize above, lending the laces, tongue, and sock liner a cohesive appearance. With the upper’s striking color, dark metallic greys adorn both the heel tab and mid-foot “N” logo, offering a brief monochromatic divergence before the egg-nog-inspired sole unit complements the ensemble underneath.
