The pair aligns itself closely to New Balance heritage, preparing this Made in USA release in mostly grey mesh and suede. Its metallic silver finishes at the tongue and heel are also staple NB tropes, as are the tri-color white, bone, and grey midsoles, and black rubber outsoles Though it’s remarkably similar to their 2019 release, its shades are slightly darker and arrive closer to the smokey end of the spectrum that 2019’s cool hues — and it comes equipped with a special red tag that reads “Version 3” at the lateral ankle.
