The New Balance 990v4 Pops Up in Purple Suede

After recent collaborations with industry powerhouses JJJJound and KITH, New Balance has brought back their 990v4 model into the spotlight. Now, after a brief absence from the market, the model is making a comeback in 2023 with several new color options. The second colorway to appear this week is this grand effort in purple suede and navy mesh, but it doesn’t completely forget about its brand roots.

With dark navy mesh uppers and tonal leather overlays, the pair is poised for its ultra-vibrant violet suede to shine. It’s not all saturation, though, with classic silver and white N motifs at the midfoot, and OG-inspired grey, beige, and charcoal ENCAP soles sitting underfoot.

The model was also recently spotted in a heritage grey and navy colorway.
