New Balance 997 Sport “Viotech” Releases Today

We thought that after yesterday’s drop of the toned-down “Classic Burgundy” that we’d be seeing a few more muted makeups from New Balance’s 997 Sport — but it seems like we’re back to regular programming, with yet another bright and vibrant colorway on the way.
This all-new colorway which we’re dubbing “Viotech”, thanks to its heavy use of suedes and colors, comes paired with a rather basic, monochrome sole unit, leaving the upper to do all the talking. Above, you’ll find the only deviation from suede at the toebox, which arrives in vibrant yellow mesh, which comes capped in a tonal shade of suede. Moving across the vamp, you’ll see hues of orange, rust pink, purple, blue and light aqua, as well as a recurring splash of amarillo. Branding, tongues, laces, and liners are kept dark, providing a perfect aesthetical balance to the aforementioned sole unit.
