A Faint "Ice" Makeover Takes on the New Balance ABZORB 2000
New Balance's extra-rugged ABZORB 2000 continues to emerge in new makeovers. Ahead of fall, the vis-tech silhouette has emerged in a light ice-like style.
Not too far off from its debut "Blue Agate" ensemble, the latest makeover animates most textile, synthetic, and foam components on the silhouette. Profile N logos and numerous accents across the upper, however, deviate from their blue surroundings in favor of a muted grey tone. The Boston-based brand's signature color also lands throughout the sole unit, namely via hind-foot traction.
The robust, chunky ABZORB SBS-cushioned sole unit delivers further contrast to the light-colored presentation, interrupting the faint color execution with its dark grey finish. Together, the upper and bottom-halves create a well-balanced look sure to win over new fans for the futuristic design.
