New Balance Reintroduce the Allagash Model — the Low Top Rainier

A collaborative effort between New Balance and Aime Leon Dore brought back the iconic Rainier silhouette in late 2022, and the shoe has been making waves ever since. The OG version of the shoe launched at the beginning of 2023, and now they’re set to bring back the silhouette’s lesser-known low-cut counterpart, the Allagash.

Reinstating the original New Balance Allagash “Glazed Ginger” scheme, New Balance have deployed the same tan leather and burgundy canvas construct seen on the original 80s model. Its equipped with a like-for-like black sole unit, debossed NB motifs at the midfoot, leather liners and black lace rings to boot; A bonafide blast from the past.
