New Balance Teases Andrew Reynolds 933 Collaboration
It's official: Andrew Reynolds is set to debut the New Balance Numeric 933 in April.
A few weeks ago, the professional skateboarder took to Instagram to post a photo of his foot on a high-tech scanner. Playfully making reference to 50 Cent's "In Da Club" music video, Reynolds teased being in the lab for the creation of New Balance's next skateboarding silhouette. Models like the 480 have already gotten the approval of diehard skaters, but the brand's upcoming 933 seems to favor running heritage instead of basketball.
The latest teaser image of the unreleased sneaker showcases an autumn-ready color palette and '933' text in the same style as New Balance's Made in USA 990 range (helmed by Aimé Leon Dore's Teddy Santis since 2021). Midsole cushioning appears far more plush than on other NB# product, suggesting the skate shoe features FuelCell foam akin to the Action Bronson-approved New Balance 990v6. Thrasher Magazine's March 2025 cover delivers an early glimpse of the sneaker's outsole, which caters specifically to the needs of skaters like Reynolds.
Official photos of the New Balance Numeric 933 haven't surfaced yet, but that's likely to change in the next few weeks. The pair is expected to hit NewBalance.com in April.
