Coco Gauff has captured her second Grand Slam title after a hard-fought victory at the 2025 French Open, solidifying her place among tennis’s elite—all at just 21 years old. New Balance, her longtime sponsor, is celebrating alongside her, marking a defining moment in their seven-year partnership.
On the clay courts of Roland Garros, Gauff battled past Aryna Sabalenka in a spirited final, later dedicating the win to her family and thanking the French crowd for their continued support. “Paris is one of my favorite cities in the world and I am so happy to win this Grand Slam,” she shared during her post-match speech.
Gauff took the court in a custom marbled New Balance tennis kit paired with a unique leather walk-on jacket. On her feet was a special edition of her signature New Balance Coco CG2 in the ‘Grey Days’ colorway, a nod to the brand’s annual celebration of its grey-toned heritage. The Grey Days CG2 is currently available at NewBalance.com.
“For Coco to win in her favorite city, wearing her very own signature shoe, with the world watching, is something young athletes all over the world dream about,” said Chris Davis, Global Brand President & Chief Marketing Officer at New Balance. “She is 21 years old and just getting started.”
With her Paris triumph, Gauff continues to cement her legacy as one of the brightest stars in tennis — and New Balance’s partnership with the phenom shows no signs of slowing down.
