Nike SB's exploration of non-skateboarding-specific silhouettes continues with another Air Force 1 Low offering. Differing from previously-rumored pairs, the latest effort arrives in an understated "Flax" makeover.
An official look at the modified-for-skate AF-1 is still under wraps, but Sneaker Files has reported that the sneaker features a non-leather upper (save for the profile swooshed and Achilles' heel panel) sat atop a fall-friendly "Gum" bottom. As has been the case with Air Jordan 4 and Air Max 95 reworks by Nike Skateboarding, the internals of Bruce Kilgore's 1983 design have been reworked to better accommodate for the demands of the action sport. A different rubber compound will likely be used across the sole unit, but that's yet to be confirmed by early in-hand looks at the pair.
Stay tuned for firm Nike.com release details as Summer 2026 approaches.
