It seems the Nike SB‘s latest round of efforts is all about love. Sean Cliver’s love of Christmas shines through on his upcoming Dunk Low, while FRAME Skate’s “Habibi” SB Dunk was used as a symbol of love for the city they made their home — and even Supreme are showing some self-love with a tribute to their own iconic Stars collaboration. This just-surfaced Carpet Company x Nike SB Dunk High delivers a little more self-fondness, with the two brothers that make up the small-but-buzzed brand delivering a Dunk that’s devoted to their love of creation.

Said to be just one of the pair’s first samples, the producers of 1-of-1 tees and skateboards, Carpet Company has brought their signature DIY flair to the pair, with dyed textile overlays in light blue covering a premium white leather base. Aged-look outsoles link in with neutral, weathered suede mid-panel mudguards for a vintage look, while gum rubber outsoles elevate the aesthetic a little further. The makeshift-make continues underfoot, with spray paint-like branding underfoot, and a slew of whimsical additions throughout, including playful wording, colorful graphics, and more.

Fresh photos from @leaked.sneaks show that the Carpet Company x Nike SB Dunk High is, in fact, equipped with tear-away overlays. Once removed, the pair reveals a paint-splattered yellow upper, complete with added graphics on the heels and lateral forefoot. A release date is still yet to be revealed, so be sure to keep it locked on the official HOUSE OF HEAT Twitter accountfor further updates on the retail release, which is expected to arrive in early 2021.

A release for the Carpet Company x Nike SB Dunk High has been placed for February 26th at skate shops around the globe.
