Chet Holmgren and Nike are continuing their connection through the KD line with an upcoming player-inspired release — the Nike KD 18 “Thunder & Reign.” Set to launch in 2026, the colorway pays tribute to Holmgren’s team and his growing influence within the league, channeling elements of Oklahoma City’s energy and storm symbolism.

The Nike KD 18 “Thunder & Reign” combines deep purple hues with textured animal-print overlays across the toe and heel, giving the model a mix of intensity and flair. A gradient mesh upper sits above a Zoom-loaded sole, designed to highlight the KD line’s blend of comfort and responsiveness. Finishing details include a metallic mini Swoosh at the heel, Holmgren’s personal “CH7” logo on the tongue, and tonal laces that tie the design together.
