First Looks // Concepts x Nike Kyrie 7
Despite Kyrie’s migration to Brooklyn, he still has plenty of love for Beantown. For the fourth year running, Irving links up with Deon Point for an iteration of his signature sneaker, this year hitting us with the Concepts x Nike Kyrie 7 — another Egyptian-themed release/
Today, by way of official imagery, the Concepts x Nike Kyrie 7 has been revealed in a striking-yet-simple arrangement. Uppers of dark teal arrive printed with a fan-like pattern are barely noticeable under the sheath of light teal mesh residing above it. The shift to a light blue at the tongue and laces is barely noticeable, too, while a complimentary and contrasting two-tone bright orange sole unit rests beneath. The pair is then laden with metallic gold accentuations, including co-branded tongues, angel wing-like Checks, and oversized Swoosh-bearing Eye of Horus motifs on the medial ankle. Hieroglyphics continue onto the forefoot teeth, and insoles, while Concepts continue their flair on the Lobster-like gingham lining and rear embroidery to complete the design.
The pair’s official backstory will likely arrive soon, as will details on its release. Until then, enjoy an official look at the Concepts x Nike Kyrie 7 here below, and be sure to keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates.
