The NOCTA x Nike Hot Step 2 "Eggplant" Releases On August 22

After the eye-catching "Opti Yellow" release earlier this week, Drake's signature sneaker line with Nike, NOCTA, is set to receive another dynamic update as the NOCTA x Nike Hot Step 2 will soon debut in an "Eggplant" colorway.

This latest iteration follows a series of bold, monochromatic releases. However, "Eggplant" sets itself apart with its deep purple hues complemented by lively yellow accents, paying an apparent homage to the classic Los Angeles Lakers colors. This choice not only nods to a significant sports culture but also adds a layer of vibrancy and depth to the sleek silhouette of the Hot Step 2.

The design retains the silhouette's original high-quality leather construction, ensuring durability and comfort. The purple and yellow theme extends throughout the shoe, from the upper to the chunky outsole, with strategic placements of the Nike swoosh adding a classic touch to the modern design.
