Two of the biggest names in culture have converged for a colorful new sneaker for the Fall/Winter season, with a teaser look at this KAWS x sacai x Nike Blazer Low appearing online earlier today.

Brian Donnelly and the Japanese fashion house have shared new imagery on Instagram as part of Chitose Abe’s Autumn/Winter 2021 collection, revealing a quick look at the upcoming collaboration. The duo’s colorful sweaters, skirts, and oversized fanny packs lean into the footwear choice below, which appears to be clad mostly in burgundy red leather. Warming hues of yellow and orange join in, too, while the silhouette’s staple white soles and midsole overlays arrive in clean white. The teaser shot only reveals a peep of the toes, so it’s hard to tell if there are any applications of KAWS’ signature motifs on the stacked construction, but given the two parties’ shared history with Nike, it wouldn’t be out of the question.

Kaws himself has revealed release dates for his collaborative collection with sacai and Nike, indicating that the “Neptune Blue” and “Team Red” colorways will be the first to launch, with pairs becoming available on Friday, November 26th exclusively through sacai and Kawsone.com. The second wave, featuring the “Purple Dusk” and KAWS/sacai-exclusive “Reed” pairs will be released on Thursday, December 9th. A wider launch date will hot select retailers and SNKRS the day after their release on November 27 and December 10 respectively.
