The Nike Air Max Speed Turf Returns February 1st
Last seen circa 2019. it appears that 1995’s Nike Air Max Speed Turf is ready for a resurrection, with the first new colorway in years appearing online today.
Seen here is a kids-exclusive colorway of the sneaker made famous by Dolphins legend Dan Marino, though his famous teal and orange duds are nowhere to be seen, Instead, the pair presents as somewhat of a crossover between the LA Rams and the Seattle Seahawks, with bright white leather and mesh uppers clad with overlays of royal, gold, and neon green. the latter is mostly seen across the midfoot strap, heel pulls and select branding pops, whilst blue bolsters a balance from the toe, to the tongue, to heel. Lastly, golden underlays cover the eyestays and are balanced out at the outsole forefoot.
Though these images are of a preschool pairing, we’re hoping that the silhouette shows up in more colors and bigger sizes soon. Until then, enjoy a first and official look at this colorful new creation, and expect to learn more about its release in the coming weeks.
