LeBron James Will Honor His Mother With a Three-Pair Nike “Gloria” Collection

LeBron James will honor his mother, Gloria James, in early 2027 with a trio of Nike releases built around one of the more personal themes in his signature line.

At the center of the story is the Nike Air Zoom Generation “Gloria”, a colorway that traces back to LeBron’s rookie era. The original 2003 sample, pictured here, features a white and soft pink build with metallic detailing and was created as a tribute to Gloria during the earliest days of LeBron’s Nike career.

More than two decades later, that idea is finally being brought to retail. The Air Zoom Generation “Gloria” is expected to release in February 2027, giving fans access to a colorway that has long existed primarily as part of LeBron’s early PE and sample history.

Nike is also carrying the tribute forward across LeBron’s current footwear. A matching LeBron 24 “Gloria” will release alongside the retro, dressed in a brighter mix of pink tones with white, metallic silver and additional color accents throughout.

The theme will also reach the LeBron Witness 10, which takes on its own pink-heavy palette and is expected to arrive a few days earlier. Together, the three pairs connect LeBron’s first Nike signature sneaker with two of the newest models in his line.

Gloria James has remained one of the defining figures in LeBron’s life and career, and Nike has referenced that relationship through special footwear before. This upcoming group takes that history a step further, turning an early sample-era tribute into a wider release story spanning multiple generations of LeBron sneakers.

The Nike LeBron “Gloria” collection is expected to begin rolling out in early February 2027, with the Witness 10 arriving first, followed by the Air Zoom Generation and LeBron 24 via Nike.com and select retailers.
