Touted by some as the “Sneaker of the Year” — despite us mere morals not getting a fighter’s chance in securing a pair — last year’s Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 collection was one of the most excitable collaborations in footwear history, marking a monumental moment between the two internationally-renowned brands. The collection of LV x Air Force 1 Lows and Mids, retailed at $2,750 and $3,450, respectively — all of which are fetching significantly more than that on the aftermarket. But as rare as they are, none would be more limited than this never-before-seen sample shared by Imed Soussi, a member of the luxury brand’s PR team.
This exclusive colorway boasts a fusion of dark and light Green suede hues across the upper, predominantly adorned with LV’s iconic monogram print. Additional highlights include Gold accents on the medial text, leather heel tabs, White laces, and a matching midsole. A terry cloth inner lining rests on a Green rubber outsole, rounding out the design.
As it stands, this particular sample is not expected to be released to the public and will likely remain an exclusive, unreleased edition. Should any updates emerge, we will be sure to keep you informed.
