The Neckface x Nike SB Dunk Low Drops October 27
Known for his naïve and humorous styling, Californian graffiti artist Neckface will rekindle his connection with Nike SB in 2022, with a special-edition Nike Dunk Low for Halloween 2022.
A first look at the Neckface x Nike SB Dunk Low shows an overarching scheme that slots into the artist’s wheelhouse with ease. Boasting patches oft-seen on motorcycle jackets, Neckface has illustrated everything from skulls to tombstones, to demons and bats, all done up in vibrant threadwork. there are added mini Swooshes at the lateral collar, “Neck SB” branded tongues, and special flame emblazoned insoles. The hodgepodge of patches rests atop a simple black suede upper, with corduroy liners and mesh tongues following in tone. Underfoot, a simple white and black sole unit sits sturdy, complete with contrast stitching and added “Shockers” rear patches to round out the design.
Neckface isn’t the only graffiti artist to receive his own Nike SB collaboration this year, with New York’s FAUST also linking up with the Swoosh on a Dunk High.
