Nike Adds Patchwork Panelling to the Air Footscape Woven "Let The Way Lead"
Nike’s ongoing NAI-KE series, which has seen its fair share of East-Asian-inspired releases, is set to launch a fresh take on the iconic Nike Footscape Woven. The new “Let The Way Lead” edition further cements the Footscape's popularity in the region, blending traditional patchwork styles with the model’s signature woven construction.
The “Let The Way Lead” version features a striking combination of red, green, and baby blue twills on the vamp, creating a vibrant patchwork effect. The design incorporates 3D chenille trim on the profile and toe paneling, adding depth and texture to the sneaker. This tactile embellishment is complemented by light blue woven tooling that seamlessly leads to a simple sail lower panel, giving the shoe a dynamic yet balanced feel. The white midsoles and baby blue rubber tread provide the finishing touches, enhancing the sneaker’s clean and approachable look.
Keeping with the NAI-KE ethos, the “Let The Way Lead” Footscape Woven has a toggle lace system for practicality and style. The NAI-KE branding appears on the heels and insoles, while unique hang tags complete the design, signaling its exclusivity and connection to the cultural inspiration behind the model.
Set to launch in Spring 2025; these Asian-exclusive sneakers will bring a fresh wave of Eastern influences to the Footscape’s already diverse history.
