Nike Adds Colorful Glaze Overlays to the Air Force 1 High

As has been the case with most other non-anniversary years, Nike has put a strong focus on the low-top variation of Air Force 1for its 40th Birthday. In fact, the Mid has been shown significantly more love than the High this year, but as the year is slowly unfolding, more and more Air Force 1 Highs are beginning to make themselves known, including this new multi-color, multi-material, and multi-print colorway for women.

Delivered in a similar styling to this recently-revealed Air Max 1, this AF1 high arrives in a heritage leather and mesh construction, before being wrapped and taped in colorful glaze panels across the forefoot and mudguard line. The atypical panels work in pink, blue, yellow, and magenta with triangles, polka dots, stars and plus marks all present. It’s capped off with a tonal gloss Swoosh at the lateral toe, before returning to something more recognizable underfoot, with a jelly sole unit resting below to complete the design.

Though a release date did not accompany the image set below, you should expect to see pairs of the Nike Air Force 1 Highs arrive at select retailers soon.
