Following on from the success of the regional releases for New Orleans and Houston, the Swoosh will pay tribute to another central hub of sneaker culture with Georgia’s capital city receiving a second city-specific sneaker, the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Atlanta”

The pair is a 1:1 replication of the Nike Dunk Low of the same name but merely repurposed for the Air Force 1. It borrows the rich red hues of Clark Atlanta University — a college that recently received its very own Nike Dunk Low, too — and pairs it with the state’s often-associated peach hues for its suede upper and TPU Swoosh overlays. It’s then struck with stylized ATL motifs on the heel and insole and rests atop a simple white and red sole unit to complete the design.

A release date for both this all-newNike Air Force 1 Low “Atlanta” and its accompanying Dunk Low is currently scheduled for March, though specifics surrounding the release remain unknown. Until more details emerge, you can enjoy a very first look at the pair here below.
