The Air Force 1 Low Recieves Another Multi-Color, Multi-Material Makeover

As Nike Air Force 1 Low steps beyond its fortieth-anniversary celebrations, it continues its legacy undeterred, showcasing yet another innovative interpretation of Bruce Kilgore’s classic design for 2024. This new iteration of the Air Force 1 Low captures the essence of fall and winter with a multi-color, multi-material makeover that adds a new chapter to the silhouette's storied history.

This latest Air Force 1 Low version moves away from the traditional leather construction, instead embracing a combination of textile and fabric. This material shift brings a new textural dimension to the sneaker and enhances its crossover appeal from the basketball court to the lifestyle segment. The color palette is rich and varied: overlays around the heel are adorned in shades of green, while the mid-foot and forefoot panels play with a range of reds and pinks. These colorful elements are contrasted by suede swaths along the tongue in shades of brown, enriched with a golden hue courtesy of the corduroy tongue. This diverse and disparate color-blocking, though not new to the Air Force 1 Low, is typically seen in special projects and autumnal releases.
