Nike’s Air Force 1 Low Takes Flight in the New “Pegasus Pack”

Nike’s storied relationship with mythology has quietly shaped some of its most iconic innovations. Long before the Pegasus line became one of the most successful running franchises in footwear history, the brand tapped into the symbolism of the winged horse—speed, agility, and forward motion—to help frame the identity of its early performance product. Now, Nike revisits that inspiration through a new lifestyle-focused initiative: the “Pegasus Pack,” set to roll out for Spring 2026.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Pegasus Pack” edition leads the collection with a clean, "Phantom" build layered in subtle storytelling. The leather upper arrives in a soft ivory finish, paired with embroidered details that mimic swirling clouds and mythic linework across the heel panels. A white Swoosh anchors the profile, while a secondary mini Swoosh in deep red adds a sharp visual break.

A custom lace dubrae featuring a winged horse graphic directly ties the AF1 to the Pegasus legacy, while the tongue patch blends sky tones to reinforce the theme, alongside a motif of Nike's running free mentality. Additional touches—like the multicolor heel tab accents and classic Nike Air embroidery—round out the design without pushing it into novelty.

This AF1 is the first of several silhouettes included in the broader “Pegasus Pack,” which will expand to Dunks, additional Air Force 1s, and other models releasing throughout Spring 2026. Expect each pair to reinterpret Pegasus-inspired motifs in its own way as Nike continues to fuse archival storytelling with modern lifestyle design.
