The Nike Air Force 1 Low “West Coast” Celebrates Los Angeles

This Spring, the Swoosh will be taking a trip down the west coast of America, with their new “Nike Coast” collection celebrating life on the sunset side of the country.

Joining the recently-revealed Air Max 1 “The Bay”comes this new Nike Air Force 1 Low “West Coast” which sifts its focus to the City of Angels.

Clad in workwear-inspired navy twill, the bomber-jacket theme is continued through quilted satin liners and branded patches on the lateral ankle. Tonal leather Swooshes and tongue tags provide textural contrast, while bright whites of the laces, branding and classic white/gum soles provide contrast in terms of color. Carhartt influence continues on the eyestay, and mid-panel hardware, with chrome roadside-inspired lace additions and special graphic insoles confirm the pair’s inclusion into the collection.
