After years of alternating between Highs and Lows, it seems the Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Flax” is back in favor, with the Swoosh set to reinstate the mid-cut monster this Fall.
An annual Autumn staple, the Flax Force 1 Mid has been absent from shelves since 2016, with the brand opting for Highs or Lows instead, depending on the year. Set to return this Fall, the design arrives with a few tweaks to its previous release, including a move to silver hardware at the buckle and upper eyestays, leather Swooshes over tonal suede, and outdoor-inspired laces. Gum soles appear to be slightly more yellow in hue, too, and the embroidered Swoosh at the step has been omitted.
