Nike Air Force 1 Shadow “Nike Hoops” Arrives August 19

After a brief hiatus, the Nike Air Force 1 Shadow returned for the Summer of 2022 with a handful of new multi-colored colorways. It’s also just surfaced as part of the Swoosh’s impending “Nike Hoops” collection which features some of the brand’s most iconic on-court footwear from yesteryear.

Although the Air Force 1 Shadow is not regarded as a hoops shoe by any means, its heritage is undoubtedly cemented in the hardwood. The ladies-exclusive lifestyle design is definitely not shy of showing this, which makes the inclusion into the collection feel native. Here, like the ladies-exclusive Dunk High, the pair looks to pastels and suedes, with the latter utilized in light grey acorss the upper, with pops of pastel along the leather underlays and quarter panels. Jet black Swooshes sit at the midfoot, whilst pack-specific branding at the heel and insole round out the design.
