Age is not slowing down the Nike Air Huarache — in fact, it’s seemingly picked up more momentum as it’s gotten older. After a strong 30th anniversary in 2021, Tinker Hatfield’s legendary design has picked up where it left off last year, with the silhouette priming for another big year chock-full of releases. Next at the plate is this steely two-tone grey, black, white, and red release that plays on the brand’s classic Huarache aesthetic.

Resting atop a staple white and black sole unit, with heritage black caging and tongue tags, the pair is cemented in the old-school from the get-go. From there, mesh toes and back-end neoprenes work in tonal light greys, before deep grey leathers cover the toe and midfoot in a lightly-tumbled texture. Lastly, a pop of red at the tongue, insole, and outsole branding complete the design.
